Biography
Nick is Director of the Task Force on Tax and Fiscal Policy at ALEC.
He previously served as a Policy Analyst with the ALEC Center for State Fiscal Reform. During that time, he contributed to several ALEC publications, including Unaccountable and Unaffordable, Other Post-Employment Benefit Liabilities, State Bonded Obligations and State Tax Cut Roundup. He has also co-authored several guest columns for National Review.
A two-time Liberty University alum, Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Government: Politics and Policy in 2019 and his Master of Arts in Public Policy in 2021. Prior to joining ALEC as a full-time staff member, Nick was an intern with the Task Force on Tax and Fiscal Policy.
Nick was born and raised in Southern Oregon and is now based in Northern Virginia.
