Biography

Courtney heads up all the logistics for ALEC meetings and events. Putting all the pieces in place for ALEC events is something she enjoys and has been doing the past two years.  Her passion for events started as a little girl helping her mom decorate for church activities and has blossomed into her career.

As a proud Fighting Texas Aggie, Class of 2010, Courtney enjoys cheering on the Aggies when she is not planning events for ALEC or friends. Gig’em Ags! She also spends her time volunteering with the Chief Florist of the White House, helping to decorate the home for different holidays throughout the year.

Hailing for the great state of Texas, Courtney is a proud Texan through and though. She interned on Capitol Hill after college graduation and returned to DC when she found a way to put her passion for event planning and politics together. Working for ALEC was a natural fit to pursue both of these passions.
