2020 Virtual States and Nation Policy Summit

December 2-4, 2020

Meeting Summary

December 2-4, ALEC members and friends will gather virtually for three days of discussion on critical issues facing the states and nation. The States and Nation Policy Summit attracts hundreds of people including state legislators and recently elected officials, and is specifically designed to introduce new members to ALEC. At issue seminars and task force meetings, state policymakers will share their knowledge and personal experiences with each other, and hear from national leaders and renowned policy experts.

We look forward to hosting the 2020 States and Nation Policy Summit virtually!

Civility Policy

ALEC is a forum for stakeholders to exchange ideas and develop real, state-based solutions to encourage growth, preserve economic security and protect hardworking taxpayers. ALEC members understand the importance of hearing from all sides of an issue and value public-private partnership in policy discussions. In order to foster an environment where all sides can be heard, you must speak in a civil manner when presenting at ALEC meetings and not disparage members and organizations that belong to ALEC.

Please refer to the ALEC Media Policy or contact ALEC Public Affairs with additional questions.
