Registration for the 2018 Spring Task Force Summit will open on January 26, 2018.
We look forward to hosting the Spring Task Force Summit in one of The New York Times 52 Places to Go in 2016 and the #1 U.S. travel destination in 2014. Early-bird registration will open January 26, 2018 and end on April 6, 2018
On-site rates will begin on April 7, 2018
Online registration closes April 24, 2018*.
*After April 24, 2018, registration will be on-site during registration hours (see agenda).

The 2018 Spring Task Force Summit is going mobile with an event app! We teamed up with CrowdCompass to build an app that will make this year’s experience a lot more valuable for our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers. This app will include schedules, social media and much more at the palm of your hand
1. Go the right store.
Access the App Store on iOS devices and the Play Store on Android.
If you’re using a Blackberry or Windows phone, skip these steps. You’ll need to use the web version of the app found here: https://crowd.cc/stfs18.
2. Install the app.
Search for CrowdCompass AttendeeHub. Once you’ve found the app, tap either Download or Install.
After installing, a new icon will appear on the homescreen.
3. Search the AttendeeHub.
Once downloaded, open the AttendeeHub app and enter ALEC 2018 Spring Task Force Summit.
4. Open your event.
Tap the name of the event to open it.
Guest / Spouse registration is meant to accommodate legal spouses and immediate family members ONLY. No exceptions will be made. Guest / Spouse designation will be clearly visible on name badge.
Registration Process and Payment Methods
Conference registration for the Spring Task Force Summit (STFS) will not be confirmed until the registration process has been completed and the payment has been received and processed.
In accordance with our policies, we review all registrations. This review policy ensures registrants have selected the most appropriate registration option. You will receive notification of registration status within three (3) business days. Your payment will not be processed until your registration is accepted. Payment amount may be adjusted to reflect the correct registration type and fees associated.
The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please check for a confirmation email before committing to travel arrangements.
Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements. Click here to make a room reservation at the Amway Grand Plaza. The ALEC group rate is $179/night. The group rate ends Friday, April 6, 2018 or earlier based on room availability.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Registrations cancelled prior to 11:59 PM EST April 6, 2018 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Registrations are non-refundable after 11:59 PM EST April 6, 2018.
To cancel, go to the registration site and click Already Registered? Enter the email used to register and the confirmation number found on the confirmation email. Then click the UNREGISTER button at the top of the page. Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.
