1. Where can I find the registration forms?

2. Can my spouse attend the meeting?
Yes, the fee for this is $150. Spouse/guest registration is meant to accommodate legal spouses and immediate family members. Attendees from the same organization must register independently. No exceptions will be made. Spouse/guest designation will be clearly visible on name badge.
3. Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, however, registrations cancelled prior to 5:00pm EST June 27, 2014 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Registrations are non-refundable after 5:00pm EST June 27, 2014. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another. Please send a transfer request in writing via email to email@example.com.

5. Can I stay at the hotel?
Yes, please see the hotel information here. We have negotiated a highly discounted group rate and would encourage you to stay at the Hilton Anatole for your convenience.
6. Will I be able to cancel my hotel reservation?
Yes, Credit cards will be charged one night room and tax in the event of a no show or if cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival. This includes any reservations that ALEC may have offered on a complimentary basis. All changes and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotels. Please obtain a cancellation number when your reservation is cancelled.
7. What events can I attend if I am not a member of ALEC?
Any registered attendee is permitted to sit in and observe sub–committee meetings, workshops and Task Force meetings. You are also allowed to attend all plenary meal sessions, Welcome Reception, and various Thursday evening receptions.

9. What is the closet airport to the hotel?
The ALEC Annual Meeting will be in Dallas, TX. The closet airport to the hotel is Dallas Love Field, located 6 miles from the hotel. Dallas/Forth Worth International is the next closest and located 14 miles away. Due to the schedule of events, it is recommended that you fly in on Tuesday evening and out on Saturday.
10. How can I get to the hotel from the airport?
SuperShuttle will be available at a discounted rate. You can make reservations at the link below. SuperShuttle will service both DFW airport and Love Field. The airports also have taxis available outside of the baggage claim area.
11. Will taxis be available at the hotel?
Yes, there are taxis available outside the hotel.
12. Will the meeting have events on Saturday?
Yes, there will be an event on Saturday morning. The prayer service will be on Saturday morning from 9:00am – 11:00am.
13. Will there be an exhibit hall at the meeting?
